monogramma si trova in via margutta, la famosa via degli artisti a pochi passi da piazza di Spagna e da piazza del Popolo in Roma.Da sempre la galleria sostiene il lavoro di artisti italiani presentandoli al pubblico internazionale. Nello stesso tempo mantiene un fertile dialogo con le istituzioni museali nazionali e internazionali, favorendo anche i rapporti tra gallerie, critici, curatori e collezionisti.Nel novembre del 1976, a Reggio Calabria, nasce uno spazio per l’Arte. Cresce velocemente e diviene una fucina di iniziative, idee e proposte. Nel novembre del 1996, questa esperienza ventennale, maturata tra realtà e illusione, si trasporta a Roma avviando con “Exempla” il primo incontro.

monogramma, ormai da diversi anni, punta al mercato internazionale, presentando i suoi artisti presso le fiere e le gallerie di : Milano, New York, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, Stoccolma, Tokyo e Londra. Anche gli Istituti di cultura italiani all’estero : Londra, Malta e Miami, hanno ospitato mostre curate da monogramma che ha sempre voluto internazionalizzare i propri artisti. monogramma, proprietaria del marchio “via margutta”, vuole anche far ritornare alla ribalta la storica via dell’arte, attraverso alcune iniziative culturali su strada : premio margutta e ModArt, all’interno delle quali mostra l’arte contemporanea attraverso performance d’arte.

monogramma is located in via margutta, the famous artists' street a few steps away from piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo in Rome. The gallery has always supported the work of Italian artists by presenting them to the international public, while at the same time maintaining a fertile dialogue with national and international museum institutions, also promoting relations between galleries, critics, curators and collectors. In November 1976, a space for art was born in Reggio Calabria.

It grew rapidly and became an artistic forge of initiatives, ideas and proposals. In November 1996, this twenty-year experience, matured in between reality and illusion, moved to Rome by starting its first meeting with "Exempla". For several years now, monogramma has aimed at the international market, presenting its artists at the fairs and the galleries of Milan, New York, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, Stockolm,Tokyo and London. Even the Italian cultural institutes abroad in London, Malta and Miami, have hosted exhibitions curated by monogramma, who have always wanted to internationalise their artists. monogramma, owner of the "via margutta" brand, also wants to bring the historic via dell'arte back into the limelight, through some cultural initiatives on the street: the margutta prize and ModArt, within which it shows contemporary art through art performances.

私たちのギャラリー"monogramma"は、ローマのスペイン広場とポポロ広場を繋ぎ、
「芸術家通り」として誉れ高い、マルグッタ通り（Via Margutta）に位置しています。
私たちは常に、イタリアのアーティストの作品を国際的に公開することで支援し、
同時に国内外の美術機関との豊かな対話を維持し、ギャラリー、批評家、キュレーター、
コレクターとの関係も促進しています。

1976年、私の曽祖父によって、芸術のためのスペースがカラブリア県に誕生しました。
それは急速に成長し、創造、アイデア、提案の芸術的なフォージになりました。1996年11月、
現実と幻想の最中に成熟したこの20年の経験は、Exemplaとの最初の会遇を通じ、
"monogramma"としてローマにその地を移しました。
現在私たちは国際市場を目指し、ミラノ、ニューヨーク、シンガポール、ソウル、香港、
ストックホルム、東京、ロンドンのアートフェアやギャラリーでアーティストを紹介しています。
また、ロンドン、マルタ、マイアミのイタリア文化機関においても、
私たちmonogrammaがキュレーションした展覧会を開催しています。

「芸術家通り」というブランドのオーナーであるmonogrammaは、
ModArtやPremio Marguttaといった文化的イニシアチブを通して、この歴史ある
「芸術家通り」を更に盛り上げていきたいと考えています。
